Brady Roth is the Assistant General Manager at the Duquesne Club, where he combines a deep passion for leadership and learning with a career that has spanned major resorts, international hotels, and some of Pittsburgh’s most iconic venues.
A native of Butler, Pennsylvania, Brady began his career at the 2,500-room Orlando World Center Marriott, where he discovered not only the scale of world-class hospitality but also his love for developing teams and elevating guest experiences. His journey then took him to Central America, where he worked with small hotels and hospitality establishments—experiences that taught him adaptability, cultural appreciation, and the importance of genuine service.
He went on to lead operations at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh and later managed ski resort operations with Vail Resorts in Breckenridge, Colorado, before returning to Pittsburgh as Director of Food & Beverage at the Sheraton Station Square.
Today, at the Duquesne Club, Brady brings that wide-ranging expertise to one of the nation’s premier city clubs, with a focus on upholding and advancing the club’s prestigious legacy and mission.
