Join FEI SFBA's Women’s Affinity Group for a fresh take on connection and leadership development. We are pairing movement with meaningful conversation – beginning with a guided walk at Salesforce Park, followed by a relaxed book discussion and happy hour.

More leaders are embracing “walk and talk” formats to spark clearer thinking, stronger connection, and more natural dialogue. Movement shifts energy and creates space for conversations that feel real and useful.

Why Radical Candor

Finance leaders operate in high-stakes conversations that require clarity, accountability, influence, and trust. Radical Candor provides a practical framework for challenging directly while caring personally – helping feedback land effectively, teams move faster, and cross-functional partnerships grow stronger.

If you’re able to purchase the book in advance, that’s wonderful – but reading the full book is not required to participate. Whether you’ve read it cover to cover, reviewed a few key sections, or are simply curious about the topic, you are welcome to join the conversation. A short discussion guide will be shared with registrants to make participation easy and accessible.
