As a former U.S. Air Force Fighter Pilot and Top Gun Instructor, our keynote speaker, Robert “Cujo” Teschner, will share his firsthand experience building high-performing teams in the most demanding environments. Drawing from lessons learned in the cockpit, Cujo will reveal how to create a culture of trust, sharpen communication, and inspire unshakable commitment—so teams give their best not because they have to, but because they want to.

In this session, attendees will discover how to:

  • Make faster, smarter decisions under pressure.
  • Communicate with clarity and build lasting trust.
  • Align for peak performance, even in turbulent times.
  • This isn’t theory—it’s the exact framework used to keep fighter pilots united and inspired.

Learning objectives:

  1. Identify key components of trust-based team culture by analyzing leadership strategies used in high-stakes military environments.
  2. Apply decision-making frameworks for improving speed and accuracy under pressure, using real-world examples from fighter pilot operations.
  3. Demonstrate techniques for enhancing team alignment and communication during periods of uncertainty or organizational change.
