Christi Haley Stover is the CEO and founder of Platinum Resource Group, a women owned professional services and staffing firm that helps national clients accelerate outcomes through executive talent, project leadership, fractional executives, and search solutions. She also leads Executives in Transition, a program that supports senior leaders during career change, and speaks frequently on mindset, leadership, and relationship capital.
Before founding PRG, Christi built a cross functional career in technology, accounting, finance, and operations with global brands including The Walt Disney Company, Toshiba, Nestlé, and FedEx, experience that shapes her pragmatic, people centered approach to scaling organizations.
Christi holds an MBA and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Chapman University. Her talks and workshops have been hosted by professional communities such as The Financial Executives Networking Group, Finance Executives International, Healthcare Business Women’s Association, and PIHRA, where she equips executives with practical tools to manage mindset and energy, build relationship equity, and move faster with clarity.
