Joe Kaiser serves as Chief Financial Officer of Banijay America, overseeing financial, IT, and human resources operations across the enterprise and its subsidiaries.
With more than 20 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, and business development, Joe has worked across film and television, streaming, digital media, licensing, and corporate finance. Prior to joining Banijay America, he served as Senior Vice President at Condé Nast, supporting more than 20 global brands, including Vogue, Vanity Fair, and The New Yorker.
Joe also spent 15 years with The Walt Disney Company, where he managed multi-billion-dollar P&Ls and was part of the Disney+ start-up team, helping develop financial strategies supporting the platform’s launch.
Joe holds an MBA from USC and a BA from UC Berkeley.
