Tim’s career has focused on in serving clients with finance transformation and mergers and acquisitions initiatives. Tim’s expertise includes integration roadmap development, program management (PMO), and finance process and system integration. As an accomplished finance professional with a proven history of providing significant cost reductions through innovative financial process re-design, implementation of global automation techniques, and streamlining existing financial processes., Tim has expertise in developing global finance processes, transitioning shared services to Global Business Services (GBS) and leading global transformative initiatives across many industry sectors. Over the past 10 years, Tim has successfully led and delivered multiple engagements involving the standardization and simplification of the monthly close process, supporting finance practices and reporting, including introduction of process automation to reduce the use of manual activities and automate report generation and distribution. Prior to joining RGP, Tim spent 10+ years at Cummins, Inc. in various executive roles including Director of Internal Controls and Development, Director of Finance Functional Excellence for Shared Service (Asia Pac), Finance Integration/Carve Out Leader for Business Strategy (M&A) and most recently led the global finance transformation initiative for Intercompany Accounting as Global Director of Intercompany Transformation. During his tenure at Cummins, Tim led numerous improvement initiatives, including but not limited to, the improvement of annual standard cost development for the Manufacturing segment, freight consolidation initiatives within the Distribution, Sales and Service segment, global process standardization initiatives with Shared Services, and implemented new technology platforms within Corporate Accounting to aggregate and manage their global lease population. Kirk Czonstka is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Garner Health, a role he has held since November 2023. He leads the development and management of key partnerships with benefits consulting firms, health plans, and other distribution channels—ensuring partners are well-versed in Garner’s solutions and value proposition. Prior to joining Garner, Kirk held a similar strategic role supporting a GLP-1-focused health solution. He also spent 16 years at Mercer, where he led the Pacific Northwest employee benefits practice from 2018 to 2022. His earlier tenure at Mercer began in the Philadelphia office, where he provided strategic consulting to regional employers and managed national relationships with carriers, vendors, and product partners. Kirk earned his degree in Risk Management & Insurance with a concentration in Employee Benefits from Temple University. He also holds a Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. He lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and son.

Sarah Michaels serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at Kinetiq Health, where she leads a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, data analysts, and financial professionals dedicated to improving member health and reducing healthcare costs. With over a decade of experience bridging both the clinical and benefits space, Sarah brings a unique, data-informed perspective to population health management— blending compassionate care with measurable financial results. In her role, Sarah works directly with clients to design and implement comprehensive health and wellness strategies that address risk at both the population and individual levels. Using analytics and predictive modeling, her team identifies high-risk members, guides targeted interventions, and provides actionable insights that strengthen renewal negotiations and control long-term costs. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Sarah remains actively connected to patient care, practicing PRN as a registered nurse at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, IN. Her clinical background fuels her passion for bridging data with practical solutions, ensuring that every recommendation she makes considers both financial strategy and the tangible needs of members. Outside of work, Sarah is a dedicated foster parent, striving to be a role model and source of stability for children in need. Since 2017, she has fostered over 50 children—demonstrating the same compassion and commitment in her personal life that she brings to her professional work.
