Cathy Sedacca spent 25 years of her career in the factoring/asset based lending industry, beginning with Norwest Bank/Wells Fargo and ending with a finance business she built with a partner and sold at the end of 2019.
Her experience with auditing, underwriting, purchasing, and collecting accounts receivable has provided valuable expertise around the order-to-cash process.
Sedacca and her husband launched The Collection Dept. in 2024. The Collection Dept. combines call center services with feedback and consulting to achieve overall improvement in cash flow and reduction in bad debt.
