Eric leads Grant Thornton’s Southeast Region Tax practice with twenty-two years of experience focused on serving large privately-held pass-through clients. Eric has spent a significant portion of his career serving large private equity groups and their portfolio companies. His partnership income tax consulting experience includes assisting partnerships with the tracking, calculation, and maintenance of partner capital accounts in accordance with IRC Section 704(b) and their partnership agreements. 

Ken leads Kaufman Rossin’s State and Local tax practice and co-leads the M&A tax practice.  With more than 25 years of tax experience, Ken assists clients on tax restructurings, tax due diligences, tax optimization strategies and multi-state tax consulting projects including state tax minimization strategies, nexus studies, revenue sourcing methodologies, sales tax taxability studies, state voluntary disclosures and more.

Rob has more than 20 years of experience assisting private and public companies as well as individuals with all aspects of tax planning, tax provisions, and compliance. He was involved with the design and implementation of various global structuring and repatriation strategies to assist clients in the deployment of their people and resources in an efficient manner.
