Navigating Transitions: Leading Yourself Through What's Next, equips attendees with the mindset, frameworks, and self-leadership tools to navigate uncertainty with clarity and confidence. Drawing on the human side of transition, the science of resilience and adaptability, participants will explore how to rebuild self-trust, strengthen adaptability and lead themselves forward with intention.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Where they are in the human transition arc and why it matters
  • The difference between resilience and adaptability
  • How to rebuild self-trust using the three behaviors: Communication, Consistency, and Care
  • What breaks self-trust in transition and what rebuilds it
  • The five dimensions of adaptability and how to strengthen them
  • How to apply strategies to move forward

CPE CREDIT

This event offers 1.5 CPE credits via FEI’s CPE Center to attendees who complete pre-registration and sign in/out at the meeting.

 

Financial Executives International is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
