Rye is the EY Americas Deputy Vice-Chair for EY‑Parthenon, working closely with clients to help them fuel innovation and create new value throughout every stage of the transformation journey. He has extensive experience in providing advice on complex capital events and has guided private equity and corporate clients through hundreds of transactions across diverse industries. For more than 20 years, Rye has worked on various types of transaction-related projects, including public-to-private deals, middle-market buyouts, add-on acquisitions, seller support and strategic readiness, and working capital management. Rye received his BS in Accounting and Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Frank Cesario is a 25 year manufacturing CFO who has served in that capacity at six entities over that period, including publicly traded and private equity owned. He recently led a sale process of a $300M publicly traded electronics manufacturer, SigmaTron International, to a private equity owner (on the selling side). Mr. Cesario is a registered CPA in Illinois, has previously served on the National Board and as Chicago Chapter President of Financial Executives International, and currently is a Village of Buffalo Grove (IL) Trustee. He holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois (Champaign/Urbana) and an MBA – Finance from DePaul University (Chicago).

Matt Ferrin is CFO of Archer Foodservice Partners (formerly known as Handgards). Archer Foodservice Partners is the parent entity of four business units: Handgards, Inno Pak, Sterno, and Fineline Settings. With over 130 years of foodservice experience, Archer is a market leading provider of gloves, food packaging, disposable heating, catering supplies, bags, and other foodservice focused products. The company has grown substantially over the past few years, both organically and through M&A completing 5 acquisitions over the past 18 months. Archer is owned by Wynnchurch Capital, a leading middle-market private equity firm based in Rosemont, IL with $9.1 billion under management. Matt joined Archer Foodservice Partners as CFO in Dec 2023. Prior to joining Archer, Matt has 25+ years of experience in various operations and finance positions at large public companies and private equity portfolio companies. Originally from Minneapolis, he and his family currently live in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
