Amy Shelly is the Chief Financial Officer at BlockFills, a global crypto trading solutions and financial technology firm. In her role, she leads the Finance and Human Resources functions, working closely with colleagues to support the company’s continued growth and international expansion. Prior to joining BlockFills, Amy served as Chief Financial Officer at OCC (Options Clearing Corporation), the world’s largest equity derivatives clearing organization.

With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, Amy previously held senior leadership roles at firms including Optiver U.S. LLC, a global market maker on major U.S. derivatives exchanges. Amy holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from St. Mary’s College. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society. She previously held FINRA Series 27, 24, and 7 licenses.

Her achievements include being named a finalist for FEI Chicago’s CFO of the Year, recognition as one of Crain’s Chicago Business Notable Women in Finance, Markets Media’s Market Choice Awards for Women in Finance, and Cambridge’s Who’s Who for Excellence in Accounting and Finance.

Kristopher serves as Senior Director of Policy and Operations for The Digital Chamber (TDC), the world’s leading trade association for the digital-asset and blockchain industry. He leads TDC’s National Security work group focused on policy, education, and advocacy around geopolitics, illicit finance, counterterrorism financing, and AML.

Prior to the Chamber, Kristopher advised Congressman Pete Sessions on blockchain issues and spent nearly 20 years in defense, national security, and international development consulting—working in Saudi Arabia and Indonesia in support of the U.S. Department of Defense, FBI, and State Department. He co-founded an international development company that operated in Afghanistan and Zambia and served at the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

He holds an MA in Blockchain and Digital Currency (University of Nicosia) and an MA in International Relations (Elliot School, George Washington University).

Shree is a senior consulting leader at Forvis Mazars helping middle-market clients with digital transformation. He has guided small and mid-sized companies through M&A, carve-outs, and finance transformation initiatives, selecting and implementing systems, analytics, and processes to meet new complexity and compliance needs.

Shree has optimized finance processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and revenue cycle optimization with a system-agnostic approach. Previously, he led accounting and finance functions for SMBs, establishing repeatable processes across e-commerce, payment gateways, trade credit, and cybersecurity insurance. He led CFO functions including multi-entity consolidation, internal controls, lender covenant reporting, and long-range planning and budgeting.

Credentials include CFA®, CGMA, CMA, CPA, and FRM. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Iowa and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mumbai.
