Our next Women's Affinity Group meeting takes place right before the 10/29 evening AI agents session.
Join us at 4:00pm for a gentle Tai Chi session with Rachel Wong, whose own teacher trained with Jet Li. Rachel's martial arts journey began as a teenager with Wushu, Wing Chun, and Karate, and eventually led her to Tai Chi – a practice she is passionate about.
And no, this is not a Jet Li movie audition! This beginner-friendly session is all about gentle, deliberate movement, balance, and being present. No experience or special gear needed – just comfortable clothes and flat shoes. Come straight from work; no need to change. This is a good opportunity to slow down, reset, and recharge before the evening program at 5:30pm.
Rachel is a longtime FEI SF Bay Area member and is the Controller at Momentus.
