CONFERENCE RATES
Individual Registrations
- In-Person: Attendees can participate live at the conference in the Town and Gown Ballroom at the University of Southern California. Registration covers all sessions and networking events (breakfast, lunch, networking breaks, and evening reception), as well as CPE-accredited replay sessions and on-demand access to conference sessions for additional viewing.
- Online (Virtual): Attendees can participate in live-streamed sessions during the conference agenda hours. Registration covers all live-streamed sessions, including CPE-accredited replay sessions, as well as on-demand access to conference sessions for additional viewing.
Unlimited Company Registrations
- Online (Virtual) Only: Unlimited online (virtual) company registrations. Registrants must be active employees at the purchaser's company. An FEI representative will contact the purchaser to coordinate registrations.
- Hybrid: Up to four (4) in-person registrations, plus unlimited online (virtual) company registrations. Registrants must be active employees at the purchaser's company. An FEI representative will contact the purchaser to coordinate registrations.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is due in advance. Registrations within 15 days of the conference require credit card payment. Substitutions and cancellations may be made at any time and must be sent in writing via email. If you have any questions regarding registration or FEI's Cancellation policy, please contact the Conference Department via email, or phone, 973.765.1029.
- Until May 1, 2026: Refund issued less a $175 processing fee.
- May 2 - 23, 2026: Credit letter issued less a $175 processing fee for use towards a future FEI conference for up to one year.
- After May 23, 2026: No refunds or credits will be issued.
CONFERENCE DRESS CODE
The dress code for the general conference is business. Please keep in mind that meeting rooms may be cool, and dress accordingly.
CONSENT CLAUSE
By registering and attending or participating in FEI gatherings and events, the registrant consents to FEI's use and dissemination of their image or voice in live and on-demand recordings, photographs, video, electronic reproductions, and audio of said events and activities.
