Daniel Silver is the Head of Industry & Regional Insights for J.P. Morgan Commercial Banking. In this role, he analyzes economic and business trends across U.S. industries and regions.
Previously, Dan spent 14 years as a macroeconomist in the firm’s Investment Bank, where he analyzed and forecasted the U.S. economy. He also spent two years in Consumer & Community Banking analyzing customer data and related trends.
Before joining J.P. Morgan, Dan worked as a research assistant at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in Washington, D.C. He holds a degree in economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
Dan lives in New York City with his wife and two young children.
