Ellen Ourednik is Vice President, Learning and Development at RGP, a global consulting firm helping finance executives satisfy operational needs created by gaps in the workforce since its founding in 1996. RGP’s engagements are designed to leverage human connection and collaboration to deliver practical solutions and impactful results that power our clients', consultants ', and partners’ success. Ellen joined RGP in 2015 and has also served as a Regional Vice President for Talent Management and in Recruiting Manager and Director roles; prior to RGP she worked in a high-growth healthcare IT consulting firm with a similar agile talent model. She focuses on fostering learning and development for professionals in careers that offer flexibility, control and meaningful project work—elements at the epicenter of the NOW of work. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology focused on Career Development from John Carroll University, as well as a Master’s degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts from Mary Baldwin College.

Joe Devlin is a Senior Manager in BDO’s Forensics practice with more than 12 years of experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigations, litigation support, economic damages, and regulatory compliance. He has worked across various industries, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, retail, and technology. Prior to joining BDO, Joe spent 10 years at a Big Four accounting firm, where he managed forensic investigations, litigation support, and financial accounting engagements, including an international assignment focused on financial statement audits and accounting advisory services.

Patrick began working in the industry in 1986. Serving as an investment and retirement plan professional at the institutional level, Pat works with companies and organizations to review the effectiveness and efficiency of their retirement programs. By reviewing the plan’s current design, investment, and communication efforts, he is able to make recommendations that allow companies to help their employees plan for a successful retirement and use their employee benefits budget wisely.

Jim Carroll is a Managing Director in BDO’s Pittsburgh office with more than 20 years of experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigations, and litigation support. He has provided expert testimony in state and federal courts and advises legal counsel, boards, and management on fraud risk assessments, commercial damages, ethics, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining BDO, Jim held leadership roles in internal investigations, auditing, and financial reporting controls at major multinational companies. His expertise includes forensic accounting, litigation support, fraud investigations, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
