This session looks at how middle‑market organizations are moving from AI experimentation to practical, business‑driven applications. We’ll discuss why aggregating, consolidating, and governing data across operational and financial silos is the foundation for meaningful AI, analytics, and decision support. The conversation will also explore emerging patterns such as MCP connectors, the evolution of ERP as an AI‑enabled user interface, and how tools like Microsoft Copilot are improving workflows across operations, finance, and the broader productivity stack.

Learning Objectives:

  • Create a reliable data foundation for AI and analytics - Understand why normalized, well‑governed data across systems is essential for turning AI into actionable insight—not just experimentation.
  • Understand how AI is being embedded into core business platforms - Learn how modern ERP platforms, MCP‑based architectures, and integrated AI are changing how teams access information and interact with systems.
  • Apply AI to improve day‑to‑day decision‑making and productivity - See where tools like Microsoft Copilot can streamline workflows, surface insights, and support better decisions across functions without adding complexity.
