About The Sessions

“From Prompts to Processes: Practical AI Workflows for Everyday Productivity”
Presented by Cory McNeley, Managing Director and leader of Technology Innovation, UHY Consulting, Inc.

This session explores practical ways to integrate AI into everyday work, moving from idea to implementation. Through live demonstrations, we’ll cover how to build and maintain a reusable prompt library, use AI to enhance Excel capabilities for data analysis and reporting, and create standard operating procedures and process maps. Participants will gain hands-on exposure to tools and techniques that improve accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across business functions.

Attendees will learn:
To design and implement practical AI workflows ranging from building reusable prompt libraries, to generating Excel automations, to drafting standard operating procedures and process maps—that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and productivity in everyday business tasks.
