Her career includes 6 years of leading a team that supported healthcare organizations’ talent needs, and the past 4 years with Robert Half’s Management Resources division, focusing on finding top-tier candidates for business’ leadership roles. Born and raised in Minneapolis and a proud University of Minnesota graduate, Sophia has built deep ties across the metro—through friends, classmates, family and colleagues—that give her both a unique perspective and strong community connections.
