CFMA and FEI are honored to kick off the 2026–2027 program year with a joint event featuring one of the region’s most respected business leaders, Mel Gravely. Recently transitioning from CEO to Executive Chairman of Triversity Construction, Mel has led one of the region’s largest privately held companies while also helping to shape the broader Cincinnati business and civic landscape.
Beyond Triversity, Mel is widely recognized for his impact across the community. He currently serves as a Director of the Cincinnati Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and the Greater Cincinnati Foundation. He has held board positions with organizations including the Cincinnati Regional Business Committee, REDI Cincinnati, the Greater Cincinnati Chamber, Artswave and United Way. He is also the author of eight business books, reflecting his deep commitment to leadership, growth, and purpose.
In this session, Mel will share how intentional decision-making shaped his leadership journey and organizational success. Drawing on decades of experience in both business and community leadership, he will explore the power of a culture grounded in intentionality and purpose and how it fosters alignment, accountability, and a collective mindset that drives meaningful results.
