Registration Cancellation Policy: The deadline to cancel registration is November 24, 2025. FEI is unable to grant a refund or credit towards another meeting if you cancel after November 24, 2025.
Accommodations: FEI has reserved a block of rooms at the Willard InterContinental Washington, DC at a rate of $429 per room, plus tax and fees. This reduced rate is available until November 17, 2025, or until the block of rooms is sold out, whichever occurs first. We strongly recommend reservations be made early to ensure you secure a room at the reduced room rate.
