Since taking office in January, Mayor O’Connor has focused on strengthening Pittsburgh’s economic future and improving the city’s long-term financial outlook. The O’Connor Administration’s approach centers on expanding the city’s tax base, attracting new investment, supporting existing businesses, and making city government more transparent, efficient, and responsive.

Mayor O’Connor will share insights into key initiatives underway across the city, including efforts to streamline permitting processes for businesses and residents and leverage outside grants, private partnerships, and philanthropic support to maximize available resources. He will also discuss priorities surrounding public safety, workforce development, Main & Main, and programs designed to enhance the quality of life for Pittsburgh families and communities.
