What is an Emerging Leader?

Do you have someone on your team or within your organization who you see as a future leader? We invite you to bring your up-and-coming financial team member to network and meet others at their level.

Criteria can include:

  • Employees who need to finesse their networking skills
  • Team members looking to grow in their career and within your organization
  • Frontline members of your team who would engage with a frontline strategic partner's team member, regardless of qualifications.
  • Emerging Leaders can be recent graduates within the last 3- 5 years, who are ready to take that next step in the industry or professionals you have been working with for some time who are ready to start engaging more!

Members are invited to bring any number of Emerging Leaders from their organization, or another organization, who they feel meet this criteria.

Strategic Partners may bring the number of Emerging Leaders equivalent to their sponsorship level attendance policy. Requests for additional Strategic Partner Emerging Leaders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please find additional cost details below.
