Negotiation: Mastering High-Stakes Collaboration  How to be an Influential Speaker

Influence rarely comes down to who talks the most or holds the most senior title – it comes from how you show up, the words you choose, and the alignment you build long before a meeting begins. Join us for a special event in collaboration with 100 Women in Finance and our event partner, BPM, for an interactive workshop led by executive coach Sara Ellis Conant.

Together, we’ll explore how to:

  • Command a room so your presence matches your message and intent
  • Build consensus and shared ownership before you ever walk in
  • Lead high-stakes conversations with clarity – and secure real accountability before anyone leaves
  • Negotiate from data and value rather than emotion
  • Make influence a daily habit, so it feels natural when the stakes are high

We'll close with time for Q&A and key takeaways.
