Kevin Hebbel manages financial transformation projects as a Director in SC&H’s Advisory & Transformation service line, and leads our OneStream practice. He helps finance and accounting leaders of middle-market and Fortune 500 companies evolve and grow by marrying data, systems, and processes with proactive business strategy and forecasting. With over twelve years of experience working in finance, accounting, and consulting, Kevin implements solutions related to close consolidation, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes so clients can achieve better visibility, improve efficiencies, and maximize profitability. Experienced in working with the OneStream platform, Kevin is specialized in helping clients manage multiple essential processes through a single solution. As a CPA, and MBA, Kevin leads all phases of enterprise project implementations, including requirements and design, build, testing, training, roll out, and ongoing support of a wide range of accounting and finance solutions. His previous experience as a member of the Accounting and FP&A teams at a Fortune 500 company gives him a unique perspective that he applies to every client engagement.

Since joining SC&H in 2008, Nick has demonstrated how thoughtful business and technology consulting can help organizations operate more effectively. Nick wears multiple hats at SC&H, with a primary focus on leading the Data Analytics practice, helping finance, accounting, and business operations teams better utilize enterprise data and modern technology to drive advanced analytics, automation, and more informed decision making. Prior to launching the Data Analytics service line, Nick played a key role in leading global deployments of on premises and cloud based enterprise performance management solutions for Fortune 500 organizations. Through the development of an infrastructure and data services model aligned with the firm’s Advisory & Transformation practice, he has built a deep understanding of how organizations must evolve legacy environments to modernize reporting, analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and operational insight. Nick’s technical experience spans enterprise data warehousing and integration technologies, along with modern cloud data platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and Snowflake as scalable foundations for analytics, automation, and AI. His background also includes extensive experience with leading ERP and EPM solutions, including Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Planning and HFM, Essbase, and OneStream. More recently, Nick has been instrumental in helping shape and expand SC&H’s AI capabilities, ensuring they are grounded in strong data foundations, governance, and practical business use cases. Throughout his career, Nick has remained focused on delivering solutions that produce tangible results and help clients build more efficient, scalable, and resilient organizations. He is known for building trusted, long term relationships with clients and colleagues alike and believes that meaningful transformation is achieved through collaboration.
