Using AI to Drive Distribution, Logistics, and Performance—Cutting Through the Noise to Focus on What Really Matters

This session offers a straightforward look at how artificial intelligence is beginning to shape operations across the Dallas–Fort Worth region, with a focus on distribution, logistics, and performance management. Aimed at finance leaders, the discussion moves beyond broad concepts to share practical examples of how AI is being applied in manufacturing, distribution, and logistics today. Speakers will touch on the types of operational improvements organizations are seeing, along with lessons learned and common challenges. The session will also consider how these approaches can be adapted by other companies and how regional partners are working together to support responsible AI use, talent development, and long-term economic growth.
