Over the past five years, he has driven digital transformation, deploying 50+ RPA bots and advancing AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making, and operational resilience in complex manufacturing environments.

Vipin Gupta is a seasoned technology and business transformation leader with deep experience driving digital innovation and operational performance at large enterprises. He has held senior technology leadership roles including as Chief Innovation, Strategy & Digital Officer and Chief Digital Officer at Toyota Financial Services, where he was instrumental in leading broad digital transformation efforts and growth initiatives. His work has been recognized with awards such as the MIT Sloan CIO Leadership Award, induction into the CIO Hall of Fame, and other industry honors. He has also served in transformation and digital leadership roles at major financial institutions and consulting firms, guiding complex strategy, technology, and organizational change. Vipin is active on multiple advisory and nonprofit boards and brings extensive experience in translating technology-driven change into measurable business outcomes.

Bart Slowik is a Managing Director at the Dallas Regional Chamber (DRC), where he leads strategic initiatives that support the region’s economic growth, innovation ecosystem, and business community. In his role, Bart works closely with member companies, civic leaders, and regional partners to advance programs focused on technology adoption, workforce development, and long-term competitiveness. He helps guide key efforts that position Dallas–Fort Worth as a hub for emerging industries—particularly in applied artificial intelligence—while supporting the DRC’s mission to strengthen the region’s business environment and improve quality of life.
