CANCELLATION
Forty-eight ‘business’ hours notice is requested for cancellation. We recognize that plans can change at the last minute; however, as good stewards of our chapter finances, we ask your help in controlling expenses due to cancellations and no‑shows.
Under FEI’s new AMS system, an event registrant must cancel their own reservation, admins are no longer able to cancel registrations.
Log in at the FEI website.
Click your name in the upper right area of the screen which will take you to your FEI record.
Go to MY REGISTRATIONS for a list of events you’re registered for.
Find the correct event and click Cancel Registration.
Special Note – You’ll also see a button for Transfer to Someone Else which we ask that you do not use (ever) as it causes complications within our registration system.
