CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to FEI's Event Support no later than September 26, 2025, to receive a refund, less a $175 processing fee. Requests received after that date will result in a credit balance, also subject to the $175 processing fee. Credit balances must be used within one year of the cancellation date or they will be forfeited.
