*Guest/Spouse registration cannot be used for a business associate or staff colleague. Guest/Spouse registration refers to a spouse, partner, or other relation who does not have a direct business or related industry interest in the conference. Guest/Spouse registration provides entry to all networking breaks, luncheons, Opening Reception, and Evening Networking Reception; it does not provide access to the conference (professional development) sessions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is due in advance. Registrations within 15 days of the conference require credit card payment. Substitutions and cancellations may be made at any time and must be sent in writing via email. If you have any questions regarding registration or FEI's Cancellation policy, please contact the Conference Department via email, or phone, 973.765.1029.
- Until April 9, 2027: Refund issued less a $175 processing fee.
- April 10-30, 2027: Credit letter issued less a $175 processing fee for use towards a future FEI conference for up to one year.
- After May 1, 2027: No refunds or credits will be issued.
CONFERENCE DRESS CODE
The dress code for the general conference is business casual. Please keep in mind that meeting rooms may be cool, and dress accordingly.
CONSENT CLAUSE
By registering and attending or participating in FEI gatherings and events, the registrant consents to FEI's use and dissemination of their image or voice in live and on-demand recordings, photographs, video, electronic reproductions, and audio of said events and activities. It is possible that your registration may involve the use of technology that tracks your movements during the gathering, such as attending sessions and visiting exhibit booths.
