The merger of Financial Executives International (FEI) and the Media Financial Management Association (MFM) represents an important shift for finance professionals across industries. Join former MFM CEO and current Executive Director of FEI’s Media Finance Section, Joseph Annotti, for an insider’s view of how the merger came together, the strategic considerations that shaped the 18-month process, and why MFM members supported the proposal so strongly.
Mr. Annotti will also share key lessons from the negotiation and integration process, along with what the combined organization can offer finance leaders: broader professional connections, expanded resources, and new opportunities to engage across industries. Pre-approved non-qualifying guests are welcome on a case-by-case basis for a fee of $95, payable in advance. Advance approval is required, and FEI San Antonio reserves the right to limit guest attendance.
