Join us for an interactive session on what comes after the traditional corporate and executive track – advisory work, boards, fractional roles, portfolio careers, or something else entirely.
Joan Varrone, a CFO for 13 years before transitioning to fractional work in 2010 – an early mover before the fractional model became more mainstream (as well as a past FEI SF Bay Area President), and Ramandeep Shergill, founder of Fiscal Founders – the fractional controllership firm she launched in 2025 and has grown to a team of 10 – will share their experiences and practical advice for members exploring similar or other paths. Select members will share their own experiences too, from boutique consulting to teaching to exploring corporate board service and beyond – as part of an informal and interactive panel discussion.
Small breakout group conversations will follow. Whether you're actively planning your next chapter, just starting to think about it, or somewhere in between, this is a space to share, learn, and connect.
