CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to FEI's Event Support team no later than February 2, 2026, to receive a refund. Requests received February 3, 2026 and beyond will result in a credit balance. Credit balances must be used within one year of the cancellation date, or they will be forfeited.
