Chasing Eternal Returns: The untold story of The Chosen, the most successful crowdfunded TV show in history.

Please join us as JD shares how a short film shot on a farm in Illinois grew into a global phenomenon reaching more than 300 million viewers worldwide.

The Chosen’s remarkable journey—from its crowdfunding roots to a global entertainment franchise—is a story of turning failure into unexpected success, and of the power of an audience-first approach in an increasingly crowded media landscape. Learn how complex financial and business challenges can often be solved by challenging conventional norms.

5&2 Studios, Inc. (“5&2”) is an independent film and television production company created to develop and produce the episodic drama series The Chosen, based on the Gospels and portraying the life of Jesus Christ through the perspectives of those who encountered Him. The Chosen has become a global hit and one of Amazon Prime Video’s most-watched series. In addition to its flagship production, 5&2 is developing new projects, including series based on Moses, Joseph of Egypt, and the Book of Acts, as well as an animated series, The Chosen Adventures, and an unscripted show featuring the cast alongside Bear Grylls, titled The Chosen in the Wild.
