Mike Zilis, Executive V.P. and CFO of Ingram Micro, will walk us through the ins and outs, and ups and downs of “going private”, selling to another private entity, and then back to “going public”. He will also describe some key investments in its digital journey, as Ingram is actively transforming to a platform company, including investments being made in finance in parallel to digitize the financial operations to match that journey.
