Dr. Sarah Skidmore (she/her) is a Senior Strategic Consultant and Leadership Doctor at The Leadership Hospital®, a global provider of innovative leadership solutions for businesses with multi-locational, hybrid, or remote teams. With direct experience in change management, learning and development, leader development, and workforce development, she helps clients address leadership skills gaps, team engagement challenges, and organizational culture issues. She also holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree and a Master of Arts degree in Public Policy and Business Communications.
Dr. Skidmore holds experience working with leaders worldwide including folks based in Canada, India, France, Mexico, Germany, the Philippines and more - including corporate and Fortune 100 organizations. Additionally, she has lived in The United States, The Netherlands, and Cambodia throughout her professional journey. Whether working with executives, middle managers, employee resource group (ERG) leaders, or emerging professionals – Dr. Skidmore is dedicated to developing a world with stronger leaders. Dr. Skidmore’s work actively influences the decisions of executives, boards, and c-suite leaders.

She contributes to publications for the Association for Talent Development and the Association of Professional Futurists.
