Short demos. Rotating conversations. Real AI in finance.
The FEI SF Bay Area AI Finance Systems Expo is designed to give finance leaders a hands-on look at how AI is being applied across the finance function. Unlike traditional demo events where vendors present to a large audience, the Expo uses a structured “speed-dating” rotation format. Attendees meet in small groups with each solution provider, making the experience highly interactive and allowing for deeper conversations about real-world applications.
We launched the inaugural Expo in October 2025, featuring six AI-focused solutions providers demonstrating tools across the finance lifecycle. The evening also included a fireside chat covering perspectives on how AI is transforming the CFO technology stack and the vision of a 0-day close.

Based on the strong feedback from that event, the AI Finance Systems Expo is now a twice-yearly program, with the next Expo planned for June 3.
