Building on the success of FEI SF Bay Area’s inaugural AI Finance Systems Expo last October, the June 3 Expo marks the launch of what is now a twice-yearly program – and advances the conversation from how AI is transforming the work of finance to how AI is elevating the role of the modern finance leader.
The AI Finance Systems Expo is designed to give finance leaders a hands-on look at how AI is being applied across the finance function. Unlike traditional demo events where vendors present to a large audience, the Expo uses a structured "speed-dating" rotation format. Attendees meet in small groups with each solution provider, making the experience highly interactive and allowing for deeper conversations about real-world applications.
Our October 2025 Expo took attendees through the finance and accounting lifecycle – featuring solution providers like Numeric, Inscope, Pigment, and Concourse – demonstrating how AI is reshaping everything from month-end close and financial statement preparation to business planning and turning financial data into decision-ready insights. For the June 3 Expo, we're expanding the lens to explore how AI supports the modern finance leader's broader mandate:
