Dr. Brent Fields serves as CEO of Morgan’s, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit overseeing a family of UltraAccessible™ destinations, including Morgan’s Wonderland, Inspiration Island, Sports, Camp, and the Multi-Assistance Center (MAC) in San Antonio, Texas.
With more than 30 years of leadership experience across education, healthcare, research, social services, and hospitality, Dr. Fields has previously held executive roles at Big Brothers Big Sisters, the American Heart Association, and Shannon Health System.
He holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy, a Master's in Education, and a Bachelor's in Speech, along with certifications in Health Promotion Management and Nonprofit Studies.
At Morgan’s, he leads a team of seven executives across five entities, supporting over 150 acres of operations and serving more than 250,000 individuals annually.
His honors include Best CEO (Business Journal), Executive Leadership (Chamber of Commerce), and Diversity Champion (Black Business Journal). Dr. Fields also served as board chair for the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation.
Brent and his wife, Suzette, an audiologist and consultant, have three children and one grandson. Their daughter Chloe, who lives with multiple disabilities due to a mitochondrial disorder, inspires their commitment to inclusion.
