Reading Body Language for Success in Business 4.0

The speaker will give a brief introduction about why humans automatically use body language and facial expressions (nonverbals) to honestly communicate. It is primal as humans communicated before learning to speak. Several examples of body language will be shown and practiced in business/interview settings to help understand their meaning. A list of positive and negative body language signals during a job interview will be handed out for your reference.  It is said that humans invented language to lie, because their bodies always tell the truth. Participants will get to practice key body languages during a job interview.

Kendall Helfenbein | CFO, Vandelay Hospitality Group

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

Use positive body language during job interviews, learn how to avoid negative body language and know how to read body language in business/interview settings.  Mastering these skills will make you a better communicator at the office and in your personal life. Would it benefit you to be able to read people before they open their mouth?
