Join FEI Portland for a behind-the-scenes visit to an Amazon Logistics Center. This event offers an opportunity to step outside the traditional meeting setting, connect with fellow finance professionals, and experience one of Amazon’s facilities firsthand.
The evening will begin with networking and a happy hour, followed by a welcome presentation and Q&A before attendees head out on a guided tour of the facility.

Tour groups may be staggered, with each tour expected to last approximately 20–30 minutes.
Parking & Arrival Information
Parking will be available on-site. Attendees will be required to check in with security upon arrival.
Detailed parking instructions, entrance information, and check-in procedures will be provided to registered attendees in their registration confirmation and event reminder emails.
Tour & Safety Information
For the safety of all attendees, please review the following requirements before arriving:
- Closed-toe shoes are required. Please do not wear heels.
- Long hair must be tied back and secured above the shoulders during the tour.
- Attendees must remain with their assigned tour group at all times. An escort is required while touring the facility.
- Casual attire is welcome; however, please ensure your clothing and accessories do not create a safety risk
- Photography and video recording are not permitted during the facility tour.
Designated photo opportunities will be available in approved areas of the building featuring branded walls where no proprietary technology is visible.
Limited Capacity & Registration
Space for this event is limited, and advance registration is required. Registration will close on Monday, November 2nd, so that a final guest list can be provided to Amazon.
Walk-in registrations will not be permitted. Only registered attendees on the approved guest list will be admitted.
If registration reaches capacity before the deadline, attendees are encouraged to join the waitlist. Should space become available, individuals on the waitlist may be offered an opportunity to register before the guest list is finalized.
