"The New 360: Leading Up, Across, Down — and Alongside AI" Finance executives lead in every direction at once — managing a board above them, influencing peers they can't direct, and building teams that can execute without being managed. This session gives practical frameworks for all three, with an honest look at what changes when AI enters the picture. Attendees leave with tools they can use immediately — whether they're actively leading or preparing for their next role.
