The Fog of Work
This workshop, based on Adam Tarnow’s upcoming book to be published by Wiley & Sons in early 2026, offers a simple, repeatable way to find clarity, especially when everything feels unclear. It provides a fresh perspective on leadership in the middle of an organization. Through personal stories, practical frameworks, and powerful reflection tools, participants will learn how to always find a path forward even when one isn’t immediately visible.
Adam D. Tarnow | Partner, PeopleWorks International
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
• Reframe their current leadership challenges through the memorable metaphor of The Valley.
• Identify the psychological traps of over-control and disengagement.
• Apply one simple question to regain clarity and agency in daily decision-making.
• Shift from outcome-based thinking to process-based leadership.
• Embrace their role as problem-solvers, not perfectionists, and find a way forward in the fog.
