Jordan J. Metzger is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Real Estate Special Opportunities, Corporate and Restaurant & Hospitality practice groups.

Jordan’s practice focuses on structuring, negotiating and closing the acquisition, joint venture, financing, leasing and disposition of the full range of commercial real estate assets, including distressed debt and equity transactions. Jordan represents purchasers and sellers in commercial real estate debt and equity acquisitions and dispositions; borrowers and institutional and non-institutional lenders in securitized and balance sheet financing transactions (including acquisition, construction, bridge, mezzanine, preferred equity) and workouts; owners and tenants in leasing transactions; equity participants in joint ventures; and developers in ground-up and redevelopment projects involving office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality and mixed-use projects.

A pillar of the company since 2011, John leads Guidepoint’s financial management and planning, financial reporting, and accounting teams.

Before joining us, John served as CFO, managing director, and board member for 15 years at Market News International (MNI). Prior to that, he worked as a controller for Louis Feraud, Inc., and an auditor for Deloitte & Touche LLP.

John holds a B.A. in Accounting from Hofstra and an MBA from Cornell University.

As a Managing Principal at Cresa New York, Rob focuses on providing strategic real estate advisory services to occupiers on both a local and national basis. Rob’s transaction history is comprised across a broad range of industries including technology, media, financial, legal, creative, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, not-for-profit, government and education. In addition to transaction advisory services Rob has assisted clients with lease restructuring, incentive negotiations, site selection, portfolio analysis, and project management. Prior to joining Cresa Rob advised both tenants and landlords, and handled leasing for a Manhattan portfolio of 2 million square feet.
