Kavita Suthar is the Chief Financial Officer at SpotHero. She joined SpotHero in 2023, bringing more than 20 years of experience to the role. In this role, she manages the finance organization and long-term strategy. Prior to SpotHero, Kavita was the CFO at Redbox where in her 7+ years, she helped the business scale and was part of the leadership team that took the company public. Kavita held several roles at Redbox across FP&A and Strategy. Before Redbox, Kavita spent 10+ years at US Cellular across various roles including Corporate Finance, Strategy, and Marketing. She began her career as an auditor with Grant Thornton. Kavita has a BA in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a licensed CPA.

Rich Wright is the Chief Financial Officer at V&V Supremo Foods, having joined the company in November 2020. In his role, he oversees the company’s financial operations, risk management, treasury, tax, and technology-related activities. He is also a key contributor to V&V’s executive team, helping guide the company through its next phase of expansion. Before V&V, Rich was the CFO of Flavorchem Corporation, a food and fragrance manufacturer. From 2012 to 2019, he held several operational finance roles at TreeHouse Foods, focusing on supply chain and procurement. He also spent twenty years at Sara Lee Corporation, holding leadership positions in corporate treasury and divisional finance. Rich’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in history and a master’s degree in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He also holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
