This 50-minute session equips finance leaders with strategies to overcome the 70% failure rate in finance transformations. Covering historical levers (e.g., business process reengineering, integrated ERP systems, outsourcing, digital) and goals at different organizational levels (e.g., corporate, sub-function, or process levels), the presentation explores root causes of failure and introduces frameworks for success. Drawing on real-world examples from the presenter’s leadership and consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies, this session offers actionable insights for FEI members.
