Jared is a Principal with approximately 20 years of risk practitioner and consulting experience and the leader of the Quantitative Solutions & AI Consulting practice for Forvis Mazars. This practice provides a wide spectrum of consulting solutions within the quantitative disciplines including data management, quantitative modeling & validation, risk control and governance, analytics, reporting, risk architecture and AI solutions. Jared focuses on large-scale risk and regulatory change combining acumen across a number of disciplines for the world's largest banking organizations.

John Minnich, CGMA, CPA, conducts executive advisory and executive research through Minnich + Associates, delivering insights that inform strategic decision-making at the highest levels of leadership. His work explores emerging trends, strategic priorities, and best practices shaping the future of senior executives and enterprise strategy. Minnich’s extensive professional experience includes roles as an assurance and advisory practitioner with multiple CPA firms, an IT systems consultant with a firm specializing in financial and business-management software solutions, and CFO in the C-suite.

David has more than 15 years of experience providing management and technology consulting solutions in a range of industries. His deep experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, modern work, technology portfolio management, and system implementation helps position clients to modernize their processes and improve business outcomes. David works with clients to evaluate, select, and implement the right strategies for their specific business needs, conducting dozens of strategy and assessment projects. David helps clients design solutions tailored for their organizational needs, while still achieving the efficiency and risk mitigation benefits offered by industry best practices. His strong management, analytical, and communication skills enable him to smoothly guide projects, build cohesive teams, identify and mitigate risks, and provide an improved customer experience. He has extensive experience managing large-scale technology portfolios and leveraging leading IT governance frameworks to drive operational excellence. He leverages his keen understanding of project management and organizational change to help clients effectuate high-impact technology solutions and improve benefit realization. David is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. He is a graduate of University of Maryland, College Park, with a B.S. degree in finance.

Anthony is a partner based in our Charlotte office. Throughout his career, he also spent several years in the firm’s New York and London offices. He works predominantly in the financial services industry, managing complex global initiatives spanning CFO, regulatory compliance, and business operations. Anthony focuses on cross-functional projects, partnering with lines of business, technology, and various key stakeholders to successfully deliver on ERP implementation and decommissioning, legal entity restructuring, financial reporting optimization, and data sourcing. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, Anthony worked for an international accounting firm. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs. Anthony is a graduate of Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with a B.S. degree in accounting and an M.Acc. degree.

Jessica has worked in the financial services industry for more than 12 years. She is a leader in the CFO Business and Regulatory Advisory practices, where she leads business transformation and regulatory change process improvement efforts and has been key to solution innovation in these areas. She has broad experience managing large-scale global transformations for Fortune 500 financial institutions with work spanning the entire financial services landscape. Jessica has championed many key firm initiatives across finance, data, regulatory transformation, and program management. Jessica is a CPA, celebrating her ninth year with the firm. In 2019, she transferred from the Charlotte market to New York. This move showed the firm’s commitment to a vital market, and Jessica has been pivotal to its growth. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, she was with an international accounting firm working in assurance services. Jessica has been a dedicated volunteer with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for 13 years. She has chaired many national and local fundraising efforts and received the National Tomorrow’s Leader award in 2018. Presently, she serves on the National Milestones III Committee. She is a graduate of University of South Carolina, Columbia, with a B.S. degree in business administration and an M.Acc. degree.
