Calvin works on a variety of corporate matters. His experience includes private equity, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments, and intellectual property, with a focus on early-stage companies.

While in law school, Calvin was editor-in-chief of the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law, and received honors in several student competitions, including the Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition and the UCLA MEMES Game Day Sports Case Competition. Calvin has been published in both the PIABA Bar Journal and the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law.

Rob’s practice broadly focuses on strategic intellectual property transactions, licenses, and client counseling directed to freedom to manufacture and clearance of new products and services, building and leveraging patent portfolios and deploying cost-effective strategies in defending against non-practicing patent entities. He also has experience in developing tailored information security programs and data privacy-related agreements to achieve clients’ business goals and comply with applicable laws and regulations, while managing risk and potential liability. Rob also regularly counsels’ clients in a wide variety of intellectual property matters, including patent procurement and portfolio development strategies; generation of value from patent portfolios; patent and technology licensing; patent clearance studies; patent non-infringement/invalidity evaluations and opinions; corporate mergers and acquisitions; and patent prosecution, especially in the medical device and telecommunication technologies. In addition, Rob has significant business and legal experience negotiating and providing counsel in connection with intellectual property-based transactions, as well as transactions related to data privacy and security. He has also counseled and defended clients from aggressive patent licensing entities such as non-practicing entities (a/k/a “patent trolls”).  He spent time in various in-house roles at AT&T and subsequent spin-off companies Lucent Technologies and Avaya Inc….

Michael J. Losch is an experienced executive who has served as Chief Financial Officer for public, private, and not-for-profit organizations across the healthcare, alternative energy, and technology sectors. He currently serves as CFO, Secretary and Treasurer of Signum Biosciences, Inc. where, since joining in 2017, he has helped the company more than triple its revenues and grow from 15 to over 90 employees, supporting the successful launch of the Epicutis skincare line. Mike’s career includes senior leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies as well as startups and growth-stage businesses. At Tellium, Inc., he guided the company through two major financing rounds and an IPO led by Morgan Stanley, raising more than $425 million as revenues grew to $135 million and the team expanded to over 550 employees. At ACT Oncology, he established critical financial and employee practices that supported consecutive years of revenue doubling and a fivefold increase in business valuation. In the renewable sector, he led financial strategy for BioEnergy of America, securing a $20 million convertible credit agreement to build what was then the largest biofuels plant on the East Coast. Earlier in his career, Mike spent two decades with Verizon (formerly Bell Atlantic), where he rose to Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer for Bell Atlantic–New Jersey, overseeing financial operations for a $3 billion revenue division. He also served as Executive Director of Investor Relations for Bell Atlantic Corporation at a time when it was the world’s third most widely held stock. Mike holds a B.S. and M.B.A. in Finance from Lehigh University, completed the Executive Education Program at Williams College, and pursued postgraduate studies in business management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. 

Jen Clark is a Managing Director and leads the AI Advisory practice. She works with executive teams to turn AI vision into a practical, governed reality. With nearly 20 years of experience across finance, HR, and healthcare technology, she connects data, AI, and business strategy in ways that deliver value and hold up in regulated environments. 

Jen advises organizations on AI adoption, implementation, governance, and organizational readiness. She helps clients identify high-impact use cases, build actionable roadmaps, execute them, and establish oversight frameworks that balance innovation and ROI with risk management and compliance. 

Beyond strategy and governance, Jen brings deep experience building innovative cultures and ROI-driven investments, including real-time monitoring and measurement programs. She has led the development of data platforms and AI/ML solutions at scale. Her experience includes guiding executive teams in integrating AI into the core business and aligning business, data, and AI strategies.

Prior to joining the firm, Jen worked as a data scientist, conducting research, building machine learning models, and championing responsible AI practices. Jen has also served as Senior Vice President of Data Products at a leading online job search and recruiting platform, where she oversaw AI/ML product strategy and innovation.
